“Corporations are people, my friend.” – Mitt (what?) Romney.

The Supreme Court ruling, Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, gave corporations similar legal rights as human beings. What does it mean that a corporation is now a person? What image represents the face of a corporation? Wouldn’t a corporation want an iconic portrait to immortalize itself? All this and more is considered in my new series of paintings by Sarah C. B.
